MP Massimo Piombo will refund any purchased product from the Online Store, www.mpmassimopiombo.com, which does not meet your expectations within a timeframe of 15 days from the delivery date. This date is based on the courier tracking system.
Return Shipping is free of any charge for the customer. Exceptions entail:
- Timeframe longer than 15 days from delivery date
- Damaged or worn products that are returned
- Promotional items
If one of the three exceptions relates to the customer, MP Massimo Piombo will not cover any return costs.
Please follow the steps below to make a return:
1. Send an email to our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org declaring which products you would like to return.
2. Place the products that you want to return in their original boxes and packaging. In case the packaging is too damaged, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar box for adequate protection.
3. Attach the shipping label on the outside of the box. In case you need a new shipping label, please contact our Customer Service Team directly at email@example.com.
Returns that do not meet the above mentioned conditions or have missing or incomplete Customs documentation may be rejected and returned to the shipper. Any additional shipping costs will not be refunded in that case.
Once we have received your package, we will start processing the return by carrying our necessary checks. If the product is returned in its original form, we will send you an E-Mail to confirm your return and refund. The amount will then be transferred to your bank account and should show up on your account within the following days.
We are currently unable to manage direct exchanges through our website www.mpmassimopiombo.com. If you wish to exchange an item, please either write us an E-Mail, firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your request, or return your package and order the new size again through our website.
